And Team Champion is revealed! These guys have existed in the SaberCat Universe long before I brought the SaberCat into the DU, and the timing just seemed right to bring them in. They've gone through some changes to adapt to the DU setting, such as having it's members being ex-RAPTOR instead of ex-military, and now being privately funded instead of funded by the military. But their role is still the same. They will serve as secondary heroes in Relic Fields, fighting the monsters that SaberCat can not. They will also serve as antagonists, trying to capture the SaberCat at every turn. Battles will now be slightly more complex if both Team Champion and SaberCat respond to the same emergency, as they may spend more time fighting each other than the monster.
